On the falling tide, Goose Point Oysters are harvested by oystermen from the clean waters of Willapa Bay in Washington State where the rich, cold waters of the Pacific Ocean meet the clear waters of the Niawiakum Rivers. Here, the oysters grow to a plump size and produce a beautiful, compact shell.
After harvest and inspection in our state of the art processing facilities, Goose Point Oysters travel to seafood connoisseurs worldwide, live and in the shell for oyster bars, as oyster shooters, shucked for cooking, or pre-shucked in the shell for simple and elegant dining.
