Open stock in glass jars Shucked oyster meats (Open-Stock) are processed in our state of the art HACCP facility in our opening and packing rooms or using our High Pressure Process. Each year we harvest, process and ship over 80,000 gallons of oyster meats.

The 64 oz. containers are all plastic. On the 32 oz. we have glass and plastic containers. We have two different plastic 32 oz containers, a screw type Lid and a snap on lid tub. Plastic is used for most air freight shipment due to less weight.
